Wow! I really didn’t see this one coming. A meeting with the queen, the legendary Roxanne Shante. I originally painted this piece out of sheer inspiration. When I learned of her coming to London for a rare performance, I jumped at the chance to present it to her…By the way if you haven’t already seen her Netflix exclusive 'Roxanne Roxanne', it’s worth a watch.
